Alex is the Founder of STEMAZINGltd. STEMAZING’s mission is to ignite inspiration and amplify inclusion in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths). As a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with over 15 years’ Industry experience, she has experienced the benefits of more diverse teams but also the barriers to diversity and inclusion. As a Chartered Engineer with over 15 years’ Industry experience she has experienced the benefits of more diverse teams but also the barriers to this. Alex set up STEMAZING in 2019 as a side hustle and now runs it full time. STEMAZING’s mission is to ignite inspiration and amplify inclusion in STEM. Alex aims to empower women in STEM to shine as confident visible role models and inspire the next generation of innovators and problem- solvers to create a stronger, more diverse and inclusive future STEM workforce.
